The Acoustic Light Panel blends innovative lighting design with acoustic solutions to enhance well-being in workplaces and hospitality common areas. Featuring large, sound-absorbing panels integrated into a sleek aluminum profile, this system reduces reverberated sound by up to 70% while allowing for creative, illuminated configurations.

Crafted from premium powder-coated extruded aluminum with a fine matte finish, this LED profile luminaire supports both ceiling and pendant mounting. It delivers powerful direct and indirect illumination via high-efficiency SMD LEDs 5* 2W, 1100 lumens each, and latest-generation LED boards. Custom fixtures and colors are available upon request.

  • What it is: A clear acrylic or polycarbonate sheet embossed with thousands of tiny, mathematically precise, microscopic pyramids (prisms).
  • How it works: Instead of scattering the light in all directions, the prisms refract and redirect the light downward. It narrows the beam angle to prevent light from spilling sideways into people’s eyes.
  • The Performance:
    • Glare Control: Outstanding. This is the go-to diffuser for achieving UGR < 19 (Unified Glare Rating) compliance, which is the standard for office environments to prevent eye strain.
    • Light Transmission: Excellent. Because the material itself is clear, very little light is absorbed or lost inside the fixture.
    • Aesthetics: You get a crisp, geometric, textured look. However, because it is clear, you may still see faint “hotspots” or the outline of individual LED diodes if you look directly up into the fixture.
  • What it is: A hybrid option. It features the same geometric micro-pyramid structure as the clear version, but the underlying plastic compound is blended with a milky, translucent opal pigment.
  • How it works: It combines the physical light-bending physics of the prisms with the scattering properties of opal material.
  • The Performance:
    • Glare Control: Very good. It still directs light downward, but with a slightly wider, softer distribution than the clear prismatic.
    • Light Transmission: Moderate. The opal additive absorbs and reflects a small percentage of light back into the fixture housing.
    • Aesthetics: It offers the best of both worlds. It softens the harshness of the LEDs, successfully hiding individual diode hotspots while maintaining a structured, high-end technical appearance.
  • What it is: A completely smooth, flat, milky-white sheet made of PMMA (acrylic) or polycarbonate containing light-scattering opal additives.
  • How it works: It acts as a heavy scattering filter. Light hits the diffuser and is thrown out in a wide, uniform,  glow (known as a Lambertian distribution).
  • The Performance:
    • Glare Control: Poor to Moderate. Because it scatters light universally in all directions, it throws light sideways directly into the field of vision at high angles, making it less suitable for task-oriented office spaces.
    • Light Transmission: Lowest of the three. A significant portion of light is reflected back into the profile, reducing the fixture’s overall lumen output (often a 15–30% drop depending on the quality of the material).
    • Aesthetics: Flawless. It creates a perfectly seamless, continuous, “dot-free” line of light. When switched off, it looks like a clean, solid white satin cover.
